Terms and conditions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. About
Relaist is a service operated by JC Production SAS, SIREN 103739538, whose registered office is at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.
These terms apply to Relaist services: audit, setup, monthly support and Relaist Travaux. They are reserved for business customers.
2. Proposal and order
Each service is described in a written proposal setting out the scope, price, schedule and, where relevant, the support included. The order is concluded when you accept the proposal in writing, including by simple email. If they differ, the proposal prevails over these terms.
Prices and estimates shown on the site are indicative. The free audit carries no obligation to order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros excluding VAT; VAT is charged in addition. The payment schedule is set out in the proposal; otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payment incurs penalties of three times the French statutory interest rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee (art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
4. How the work is carried out
You provide the agreed access, examples and information. We configure and test the workflow on examples agreed with you, then you authorise launch. Sensitive actions remain subject to your approval. Communication is in writing, mainly by email.
5. Monthly support
Support covers the operation, monitoring and adjustments set out in the proposal, which also sets its duration and notice period. Otherwise, it continues month to month and can be cancelled by email with 30 days’ notice.
Third-party licences, subscriptions and API usage are specified separately and remain subject to their providers’ terms.
6. Data and confidentiality
Each party keeps the information received from the other confidential. When we process personal data on your behalf, the terms of that processing (art. 28 GDPR) are set out in the proposal. Data collected on the site is described in our Privacy policy.
7. Ownership
You remain the owner of your data and content. After payment, you may use the delivered configurations and documentation for your own needs. Relaist retains its tools, methods and generic components.
8. Liability
Relaist is bound by an obligation of means. Results produced by an automation or an AI model are checked through the agreed approvals. Relaist’s liability is limited to direct damage, up to the amounts paid for the service concerned over the previous 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement sought in writing, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction. The French version of these terms prevails.
